More precision and faster throughput times

With the purchase of the new Okuma Multus U3000 with a turning length of 1.5 m, we are making a targeted investment in the future of our toolmaking. The multitasking machine combines turning and milling at the highest level and now enables us to completely machine large frames on a single machine.

After successfully testing the concept of a turning machine with a B-axis on a smaller scale, the next step was clear: a more powerful machine that relieves our milling machines, reduces interfaces and thus minimizes idle times.

The result: more precision, faster throughput times - and clear added value for our customers.
